The resulting ingredient is intended for the food industry and can be used for a wide range of food and beverage applications.
We have developed Oxiant-ingredient extracted from herbs and spices to be used in foods and drinks as dietary antioxidant supplementation. Oxiant shows potent antioxidant action against LDL oxidation. It is a scavenger of free radicals and can act against aging.
